Telangiectasia?

The patient is 82 y/o - she developed blotches on her upper & lower arms approx. 15yeares ago. It looks like iron deposits under her skin that do not go away. She was treated with Growth Hormone injection which did help, however we had to stop treatment because her blood pressure went out of control and her blotches are back. I am not sure if her diagnosis is Telangioactasia.
