Wow! I'll try anything. I've been tested for all food allergies, gluten, etc but everything always comes out great. I have nothing to lose by cutting out fiber. I do eat quite a bit of salad and fruits. Worth a try! Thanks!

I wouldn't eliminate fiber but would cut down as it can have the unintended affect of worsening constipation (if that's possible). I'd add raw carrots and raw, whole sweet pea pods to your diet. Fruit and salad are excellent choices. You might also try a low sugar muesli eaten hot or cold with milk. It has fiber and is just good for you and should aid digestion without a fiber over load.

I use Miralax at night and then Duclolax every other day. I know I shouldn't be using this much Dulcolax but nothing else works, and I've checked all the boxes too. I don't recommend it.

Hope you find something that helps.

One last thing. It is hard to eat without fiber. Cut it out for as long as possible then add in low fiber COOKED vegetables 1 at a time. And keep them to small amounts
I can eat cooked carrots, cantaloupe, tomatoes and a few more veggies and I can eat a wider variety of fruit
I do not eat raw veggies and lettuce is something that send me into a flare up. I really miss salads
