I actually am a mental health therapist, so I am very familiar with how physical and somatic symptoms manifest. This isn't the case for my situation and I have ruled this out. Thank you for your comment though, I appreciate it!

Hi just wondering if you managed to find a solution or proper diagnosis? Really hope you are feeling better now. Simlilarly I have had nausea for just over a year now. I’ve had a few weeks here and there where it’s subsided but generally it’s every day from when I wake up until evening. Appetite has diminished too. Desperate to find something to help as life is currently pretty miserable . Had lots of tests - endoscopy, lumber puncture, brain MRI etc Have not really had a positive diagnosis but this all started when I had a virus, so I’ve been put in the Long Covid / CFS/ME category .
