Well aren’t you just the sweetest thing. Thank you for your response and you’ve already made me feel better. I have a primary immunodeficiency and I finally went back last week to the university and doctor that originally diagnosed me. I’m likely to go on treatment to boost me into a normal range. If this turns out to be related to my sinusitis that will be another point in getting the right treatment.

Bless you for your sweet response. I've never been diagnosed with Primary Immunodeficiency but my immune system has been compromised for years.....got worse after Covid. I would think this would be why you have chronic sinusitis. I use a sinus rinse daily (NeilMed) to keep the bacteria down and hopefully to prevent another infection. I also use Cromalyn spray (it works differently than Flonase) and Astelizine - Sp? (Prescription) nasal spray for drainage. I am actually going to an Integrative Medicine Doctor and getting IV infusions to boost my puny immune system as of late. I pray that you get better and get some answers. Blessings....

Hi! I’m 14 days post-op sinus extensive surgery. Among other things, I had chronic infection in both of the sphenoid sinus cavities which are the sinuses behind your eyes. It can very much affect your eyes. A few days after surgery, I noticed the severe pressure headaches (it felt like my head was in a vice) and eye and ear pressure were gone.
