Do you have an inspiring or favorite quote to share?
I'll start with three quotes from the very inspiring Helen Keller as noted in "Your Year of Healing" book by Amit Sood, MD:
"Although the world is full of suffering, it is also full of the overcoming of it."
"The best and most beautiful things in the world cannot be seen or even touched -- they must be felt with the heart."
"Alone we can do so little; together we can do so much."

To err is human, to really mess up takes a computer!
“Inspire the Desire to Aspire”, just so motivating for me…

The worst lie you tell is the one you tell yourself. So, be honest with yourself to make the best informed decisions and choices for your life.

Peace is more precious than perfection. (Stop correcting everybody)
I wrote it down, too!
But we have to be careful of "toxic positivity," also, especially as people here do face real disability, illness and even death.
REAL = real evidence appearing lousy.
I liked the other quote, too. "Teach me to live so that I fear the grave as I fear my bed." or words to that effect.
Have a great night, evyerone!
This is probably not the right spot for this, but I sustained a back injury as a teenager and it has not bothered me until the last few years. There is damage on my mid to lower back that is giving me problems walking and making normal movements. The doctor has suggested the epidural needle to kill pain for about 6 months. I've been reading about this procedure and it seems to be 'iffy'. If the procedure is done wrong things could be worse. How can I be sure it's for me?
