Thanks for your comments. I’m finding it difficult to get an appointment at Mayo. Does not seem to be anyone that will take a phone call. I’ve filled out the questionnaire on- line, but when I try to “submit” it just sits there with the little spinning ball. Any suggestions on how to telephone Mayo?
