I was diagnosed in 2017. What helps me most with living with TTp is to find a support group or family members to discuss fears, treatments, labs results and day to day conversations to ease the unknowing. I juice, eat plenty of vegetables and fruits. I also take multivitamins, iron, Omega 3 fish oil and eat plenty of salmon and chicken. Will occasionally eat a steak for the iron. I also walk and exercise and lastly, I pray for complete healing. TTP is a rare blood disorder and you have to help your blood to stay as healthy as possible.

It can be scary….but your not alone.

My latest lab results showed that my Adams 13 had droped and may have to start Rituxan. 8 rounds of Rixtuxan usually helps my numbers stabilized for at least a year. I usually can tell when my Adams 13 drop, I get really fatigued, and loose motivations, like cooking, reading and sometimes TV! Just know, your not alone on this journey. This is a great support group, that gathers people with Ttp.
