I was on steroids for three days before I could not take them any longer. The heartburn and jitters was something I just could not stand. I too have troubles with taking things because it all seems to make me worse. I had three ambulance trips after starting new meds that were prescribed at baby doses, for reactions that were off the charts (hallucinations, BP sky rocketing, severe muscle cramps) You are not alone in this mess. I only hope that the researchers figure things out to help those with unexplainable issues.
