I do take Vit D3 w/K2, but not for ET. You need to be tested first (simple blood prick) to find out your level. If you're near a Quest Lab they can do it there by your request, or your doc can order it (my insurance covers it once/year), and you can search online to get a kit mailed to your home. In an case, it's wise to share the results w/your doc who can advise you from there.
