Post Nasal Drip Solution

I don't have a question really, but want to let it be known that, after many years of sleepless nights, I have a med that WORKS. Previously I was given Ceterozine which didn't do it. BLEXTEN 20 MG HAS SOLVED A YEARS LONG PROBLEM. No more nights of spitting out mucus all night long. Eurika.

Post nasal drip is annoying. It makes me cough.
I found an old fashioned remedy that sounds crazy, but it works.
I rub Vick’s vaporub on the bottom of my FEET, put socks on, and the drip stops!
I swear it works. I don’t know why, but it does.

Post nasal drip is annoying. It makes me cough.
I found an old fashioned remedy that sounds crazy, but it works.
I rub Vick’s vaporub on the bottom of my FEET, put socks on, and the drip stops!
I swear it works. I don’t know why, but it does.

Interesting.... I've heard of that working... maybe I should give it a try before relying on more meds. Thanks for mentioning it. 🙂

Oh cant wait to hear if it works robbie44 although spouse nose drips on and off during day...? I thought maybe one of his meds?

Not sure .. often the sinuses are involved in pnd. For me it's mainly when I go to bed... had to explain, but mucus seems to back up and go where it shouldn't go. I have to 'snort' (I know.. disgusting) and it ends up in my mouth. I hate swallowing it so I then use a Kleenex... I go through BOXES of them. As you can imagine .. it's hard to be sleeping with all that going on. If your husband uses a nasal spray some loosen the mucus. I use Omneris , but have no problem during the day. Well, much less of a problem.
Haven't tried the Vicks yet. 🙂

@robbie44 that sounds way more than a post nasal drip. You need something to loosen up your mucus like Mucinex (sp?)

@lacy2 my nose drips during allergy season. I use Flonase nasal spray, salt water spray and sometimes non-drowsy allergy meds.
It turned out I was allergic to my dog too. The dripping nose was better when she passed.

That's one of the issues... if it's too loosened... IT NEVER STOPS. Omnaris does it to some degree... but it's relentless. Well, until I found this Blexten...

My eyes seem ok so far..... I've only been on it a couple of weeks. Thank you... I can't express how thrilled I am to be able to sleep uninterrupted.

Bless you! I am excited for you. I pray it continues for you. I am going to do my research on this and hopefully it will be a good fit for me too. I am right there with you with the spitting and choking on this mucosy saliva.
