I am very close to purchasing the Marodyne. I am willing to try everything rather than take osteoporosis meds. I think I am a very healthy 71 year old with -4.5 lumbar spine T score. I have added protein powder and collagen to my diet, reduced cafffeine, eliminated alcohol, consulted with a personal trainer, continue to exercise regularly, added more supplements. I am watching the YouTube video with Margaret Martin and Dr. Rubin today. I want this to work and sure hope I will not be scammed.

Edit to say that I just ordered the Marodyne. Because I live in Florida, I am being charged 7% sales tax. GRRR

Haven’t heard of Marodyne. A thought on collagen - the reading and drs I have listened to almost all suggest taking collagen has very little effect as it is broken down during digestion. As I understand it you are better off eating foods that enable your body to build collagen. All the best with the Marodyne. Will be interested in your results.

I have a Juvent vibrating plate made by Dr. Rubin who patten the Marodyne after it. Improvements were made to the Juvent. it is FDA approved.
I was told by Rush at Juvent to use it three times a day for 10 minutes and that is every day of the week, not skipping any days to help with my bone density. I have had my Juvent for two months.
I have just finished with a year of Evinity. I have a dexa scheduled in February. I only problem I had with Evenity was being really tired the next day after receiving the medication I really don’t want to take any other meds now, hoping with the vibrating plate, and the supplements I take, will be enough I take calcium, vitamin D3, and K2, Magnesium L-Threonate, plant based minerals and Krill oil.
I don’t do a lot of exercise. I do stretching and some walking.
I am 85 years old and in good health except for my bones and arthritis in my hips and lower back.
I enjoy the reading of your comments. Some of you are so knowledgeable about medications and how they work.

I have a similar situation and I’m 69 and also live in Florida (St. Pete). How is it going with the Marodyne LiV? Did you purchase a LiV device? I don’t want pharmaceuticals if I can manage without.

I don’t think I’ve ever gotten enough protein in my diet given what I’ve been learning recently about what is necessary for bone health. I am looking for more ways to add more protein during the day and wondering if you can recommend a particular protein powder.

I wish could find someone locally who could be a coach like some of the people I’ve been following on Youtube. I was impressed by Margaret Martin’s recent support of Marodyne. Thank you for any updates and advice you are able to offer. Hang in there! I hope things are going well.
