Tyrvaya: Has any one used this nasal spray for the eyes?

It has been a miracle solution for my dry eyes, along with the tear duct plugs. I have also been able to drop the dosage to once a day. Prior to this, I was using drops at least five times per day. This has been a quality of life saving event.

hi-- thanks for your reply--is your issue all about dry eye? Did you have cataract surgery?
Do you think your relief is more from plugs or Tyrvaya? How long before you saw results??
