Hi @arnrob -- I don't think you've been ostracized...don't think that happens to anyone unless they are posting advertising or spam which I've not seen you do. Usually if you don't receive a lot of Connect emails it means you are not following any or many discussions or groups. When I look at your profile I only see the Neuropathy group listed but can't tell how many discussions you are following. Here are some step by step instructions for following groups and discussions from the Get Started on Connect guide (link at the bottom of every Connect page in the bottom left column)

HI All! I have been offline due to moving - the new internet company didn't get it up and didn't return my calls. I paid an independent guy to fix their booboo (luckily he only charged $50 - could have been worse). I haven't had cold laser - I would read with interest any posts about it. I seem to have plateaued ... the medicine I'm taking is enough, I can stand the amount of pain I'm having (knock on wood). It was advancing so rapidly that I didn't think I would live to see May. Really, I came here to die. Now that I'm still alive I'm wondering ... okay - what now? Peggy

Hi, Peggy. Today, I finished my second of six low level (cold) laser treatments on my hands and feet (due to chemo-induced neuropathy). So far, it has been a non-event in that afterwards, all I feel is a bit flushed. Is it helping? Hard for me to tell as I haven't gone to one of my exercise classes since beginning the treatments. (Strenuous exercise seems to flare the burning.) I normally keep the burning at bay by avoiding alcohol and taking 800-1200 mg of Palmitoylethanolamide (PEA - an OTC supplement) each day. I can live with the numbness and tingling. I get the treatments from my chiropractor for ap. $40 each. Will keep you posted.

GREAT! glad to hear I can still participate, although in my own quiet way
I will be saving your informative memo as it will come in handy when someone or somebody gets my interest up.

Hi @arnrob @elizabej thanks for telling us about the drop in your emails.
Sometimes your email provider may decide to relegate emails to your spam or junk folder. If you notice a drop or absence of Connect emails, please check your spam folder and add "@n1.hubapplication.com" to your safe list.

Hi.. I have SFN in my feet... and Erythromelalgia... and recently became Diabetic type 2... I've had the hot burning pain in my feet for a very long time, then came the neuropathy.. After an appmt a couple of weeks ago with the Diabetic Nutritionist and trying something in her office that she said many of her patients swear by, I'm now using it all the time.. It has given me back a big bit of my life already and I am not having the awful pain when I stand or walk about my home.. Now I'm posting almost daily about my "experiment" testing it out.. It doesn't work for everybody, as Davidd has found out.. but it's defintitely worth a try for anyone with SFN or ER... I'm so thankful that it does work for me... just hope it continues... Blessings...

To @mstrasse1: I found taht a lotion called NEUROFREEZE works very well and have been using it for a couple of years and I have tried everything else fro cheap to $600/month/bottle prescription. I use it from 3 to 5x/day at least I can go to sleep fairly easily, when I get really burning on the bottom of my feet I just put them outside of the covers and I still get to sleep. I use the COOLING type asit works the best for my burning feet. It is nearly or mostliy Organic. If you can find it, pls let me know where to get it from, as I am now down to only two of the 2oz bottles, I usedto use the 4oz bottle sizes for a long time.

I looked and it is not on AMazon. MicTim

I am not able to find neurofreeze any where.
I can find biofreeze, however they will not mail it to me. Not sure why!
