Thanks for your comments. I have not done a restrictive diet. I have read about the low histamine diet of course, and know it has helped some. I have lost thirty pounds this year and frankly now just try to eat whatever appeals to me to keep some weight on. Maybe this is incorrect thinking, but when I was very careful and trying for a healthier diet weight was still falling off. Some days I eat pretty well, organic and reasonable amounts, other days I eat ice cream. Other days I have no appetite and find it hard to eat at all. Just trying to get through the day and not waste away.
