Hi @dloos. I havnt gone back for your journey so hopefully not repeating or frustrating with following 🙃 After consult with ENT head surgeon, for year and half of indescribable front of head/face pressure/pain causing random difficulty breathing with no other obvious sinus issues, found varying inflammation likely cause. This led me to track detailed daily activity and food for triggers of increased inflammation. Don't get discouraged by low inflammation food lists or activity restriction as you’ll find many sources here and other reputable sites for beneficial pacing and food alternatives. Best of healing to you🌈

Thanks for your comments. I have not done a restrictive diet. I have read about the low histamine diet of course, and know it has helped some. I have lost thirty pounds this year and frankly now just try to eat whatever appeals to me to keep some weight on. Maybe this is incorrect thinking, but when I was very careful and trying for a healthier diet weight was still falling off. Some days I eat pretty well, organic and reasonable amounts, other days I eat ice cream. Other days I have no appetite and find it hard to eat at all. Just trying to get through the day and not waste away.
