Thanks for the response and this morning I woke up with a really bad arm pain on my left arm. I did lift some weights yesterday but with the onset of my chest pain too its causing me to think otherwise. Don't really know what's going on.

If i were you
I would get checked out by your dr for costrochrinditis
Which is a very painful inflammation of cartilage around entire rib cage
It is known to feel similar to a heart attack -
The good news is if that is the diagnosis , responds well to prednisone
