Can any substance be put in between bones to keep from rubbing togethe
Severe pain inside inner thigh. Doc said arthritis in hip. Don’t want surgery. Is there anything that can be added in between bones to prevent from rubbing together?

I hope everything gets back into line by itself🤗🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻
Thank you, nothing is really out of line yet, but it occasionally feels like it might be. I will post results of my visit in December.
Stay well🤞🏻
I was told that I had enough cortisone injections in one year.
How many shots can a person get without getting another problem? What else can be used to eliminate pain?
I also would like to know what can b used for the pain. Good luck to u🤞🏻
I don't know the limit of how many cortisone injections - I have no experience with that - thankfully.
You ask what else can help? I think...
-- OTC pain relievers and prescription pain relievers.
-- Hydrotherapy is usually helpful.
-- Moderating your activity can be helpful. Example: I avoid repeated lifting of objects like picking up yard debris and do zero lifting of heavy items.
-- Physical therapy can be helpful.
-- I have heard some supplements may help, but I've not had much success with them. See: https://www.arthritis.org/health-wellness/treatment/complementary-therapies/supplements-and-vitamins/supplements-for-arthritis
Hope this helps.
This morning as I was taking my dog out going down the stairs, my knee just gave out and luckily, I just fell/sat on the bottom stair while holding on to the railing. I need something to stop what's happening to me and my knee besides a new knee.
So sorry to hear that! We’re all hoping for good health for u!
I'll suggest that you have it reevaluated since it fell out from under you. May have torn ligaments and/or muscles.
Second, not having a functional knee causes other issues - they are prone to falling which can cause serious injury even death, the pain/non-function can cause poor physical fitness/overweight problems and the inability to be able to socialize with others can cause psychological issues.
Sorry to say this, but your situation appears bad enough to reconsider a knee replacement.
Depressed and miserable still unable to keep food down. No I mean no doctor can tell me what's wrong making me feel like I'm psycho or something please help if anyone can. Could it be a hex??!
