Looking to discuss coping mechanisms/treatment options for atypical facial pain/empty nose syndrome - mine is a result of sinus surgery

My sincere apologies. It was truly not meant to come across that way nor, towards you. So I hope you can forgive the way it came across.
My frustration lies more within the medical community as I do believe they throw many things at patients, especially after surgeries that have also not been explained thoroughly.
I like you, was sent to a specialty pharmacy after being told I had “inflammation”.
When I showed up to pick up my compounded medication, the pharmacist said “well whom ever prescribed this to you must think you have a really bad infection because this is some strong stuff”.
I then left and had to call my ENT and ask him what exactly this was and what he was prescribing it for if he simply thought I had “inflammation”.
I share your frustration and I hope you can get some healing soon.
Thank you so very much for your apology. I appreciate it so very much.
I have seen much negativity on ENS boards, so I may have been overly sensitive to your comment.
Thanks again for your follow up message. Have a great day & best wishes for answers and help.
