@jjwest My neuropathy (I have Gelsolin Amyloidosis ), and my pain is always worst early in the morning. Tramadol does not touch it. Tyenol Super does some after a couple hours.

Tylenol Arthritis works best for me. 2 put me right to sleep and helps me sleep thru the night. Regular Tylenol does nothing.
