Actually, just like other supplements, doctors don’t agree on everything. Some don’t believe in taking vitamins or supplements at all, because you should get everything you need from you diet. BUT… how many of us truly are able to do that? Vitamin K2 has been researched and studied and had clinical trials completed. It has many benefits. It’s not just good for getting the calcium back into your bones; at the same time it is good for your arteries and veins. It has many resources and researched studies on practically anything and everything you could want to look up. Very detailed, BUT IT IS NOT FOR SELF DIAGNOSIS! Just self knowledge to give yourself so you can talk more on your doctors level and it helps give you understanding of terms and such that they may use. Hope this helps. It’s your decision, as everything concerning you is, but just some outside ideas.
