Good morning..I have it..here is the info on the bottle..you have to get it from the specialty pharmacy as this drug has to be be specially made..labeling is 90 naltrexone HCL 1.5 mg oral capsule..phone number 507-284-4041. address on the bottle is Mayo Clinic Pharmacy 3551 Commercial Drive SW Rochester Mn. 55902...you have to have the doctor order it..you have to pre pay by credit or debit card and then they mail the RX to you at your home...you are not able to pick up the medicine. but it is a easy process and not that expensive. my insurance would not pay for it.
