Despite no indication ofsusceptability, I'm more afraid of stroke than fracture.
"In the ARCH trial, the absolute risk of having a major cardiovascular event in the first year of treatment was 1.1% in the alendronate arm and 2.0% in the romosozumab group, whereas new clinical fractures occurred in 5.4% of the patients treated with alendronate and 3.9% of those treated with romosozumab."

2.0% is very low risk.
