Is it that you're 'stuffed up'? I have heavy duty post nasal drip and it starts the minute I lay down at night. Not sure if this is the same thing you're dealing with. BUT, I gather your nose gets super dry? I had been using Secaris, Vicks, etc. but I finally have a perfect solution! AQUAPHOR. I've checked and it's safe to use. I originally had it for an outbreak of exzema. My nose now is always clear and breathing is easier.
