I saw a functional medicine doctor about these vibrations and this was the exact protocol he suggested I try. We are first going to try a regimen of Magnesium chloride to see if it's muscle related. I have vibrations when I lay down to sleep at night - mostly in my torso and eyes. Terribly debilitating. Now that I see this protocol by Dr. McCullough, I'm thinking this is the way I'm going to go. At this point I'll try anything.
