Topical Magnesium Lotion for Feet
Yesterday I had an Integrative Medicine doctor encourage me to try rubbing a topical Magnesium ointment on feet, saying she’s heard it’s an anecdotal remedy for neuropathy feet, especially if they feel like you’re walking on gel pads or bubble wrap and may feel wobbly for balance (not pain). I’m never opposed to trying anything at reasonable costs if it seems to have merit, but while I’m googling where to find it, I thought I’d throw it out to this group and see if anyone has tried it and what results they think they got from it? Thank you 🙂

I click view and reply and I come up with nothing to respond to @jerysgirl 3. This isn't working. Still can't respond. Maria.
I will try it thanks. Maria.
It just worked but a lot of others have trouble posting and getting replies from this site.
Hi @mariajean03, I think you might be using the Reply button on your email program and not clicking on the blue VIEW & REPLY button at the end of the email notification. When you use your email program Reply, it attaches the email notification including all of the hidden coding that you don't normally see on your computer or phone/tablet device you are using for your email. The VIEW & REPLY button actually takes you to the Connect site using your web browser program and opens the Reply box for the post for the notification you received.
You can see all of the extra characters in your post above. I attached a photo of the actual VIEW & REPLY button in the email notification.
The oatmeal lotion didn't work well on my feet, so I went back to using OTC lidocaine 4% analgesic cream, which does provide some relief.
Just a heads up on the frankincense and myrrh lotion. I recently ordered it, and when it came from Amazon, it was liquid.. apparently the base is coconut oil which turns liquid in the hot weather we all seem to be dealing with. I put it in the fridge for a short time and it turned back into a solid and has remained solid. It liqufies when you rub it into your skin, It's very oily, so be careful.
@jerrysgirl3
I ordered some from Amazon yesterday!🤞🤞🤞
I have looked up magnesium cream bourbon Amazon and can’t find it anywhere. Do you have a web site for this product?
I soak my feet nightly in hot water mixed with an Epsom salt bath. But my little tub has a vibrating feature I use as well while soaking.
It is all about 20 to 30 minutes.
Some relief and mostly calming down from the stress it feels.
.Next, I use infrared light. Those are shoes like Contraption I stick my feet in for 20 minutes and finally before bedtime rub my feet with BIOFREEZE cream. Cheapest at Walmart.
It keeps the pain away until morning.
The numbness however is always there.
Good old "Walmart"
