Just wanted to update. My tinnitus and whooshing are gone, seems to be something I develop with long covid, which both times lasted 9 months. Additionally, I have been diagnosed with MCAS and after getting an epi shot last week, my ears have opened and are no longer hurting.

How did you end the tinnitus? I have it bad now for about 3 months. It's the high pitched squealing sound that power lines make. Sometimes putting drops in ear or peroxide seems to lessen it and some days I don't notice it. I di not have covid and did not have the covid shot either. I will say I have had vertigo for 45 years and I think it's an inner ear thing. I need to see ENT but my neurologist said there is nothing they can do about it. I found that cupping my ears and tapping on the back of head just below occipital bone bri gs some relief. I found that while googling tinnitus.
