Swollen feet
Recently, my feet swell badly so that I have fat feet. I don't know why it's happening. I'm thinking that I'm retaining water. A friend told me that swollen feet mean heart problems. Hmmm? I have difficulty just walking due to the swollen feet and my shoes not being happy. I'm wondering if anyone else has this problem and what to do about it. Thanks.

When I am walking or sitting with my feet elevated, I don't seemto have a problem. It's when I am sitting a long time with my feet on the floor, my feet swell. I've spoken with my doctor several times so that he is aware of the situation.
Do you wake up with your feet swollen? Does the swelling go down when you elevate your feet? Your situation sounds so uncomfortable, I wouldn't hesitate to call yur primary care doctor to get answers. It may have a very simple fix!
