Are you undergoing any kind of treatments? Like immunotherapy or chemo, etc.? Most definitely have to follow your Oncologists directions! I have also read that about the D3 as well. I only take it when it’s cloudy and rainy and I can’t get outside. But my K2 is every night. Also know that different labs get different results. LabCorp always reads my calcium level at 10.7 and 10.9, but Mayo came in both times at the 9.4 range. LabCorp says high, Mayo says normal. I will choose Mayo results over anywhere else for everything. Well hoping it levels out for you and you have good health!
