Thank you , I will try taking it that way and decrease the dose a little to see if that helps

@me75 maybe try 4 clicks. I recently saw a study that said even that dose can help grow bone, and my doc said that too. Of course 6 or 7 is better but you could start with 4 clicks, which is half a dose. (I started at full dose and then restarted with 2 clicks and moved up weekly.)
