Hopefully you feel better soon! Have they done any bloodwork to see where you are at? It takes awhile for your body to use the newly replenished iron stores and see an increase in your hemoglobin levels. I had an iron infusion, 1 month later my hemoglobin had increased, 2 months later it had increased once again. Unfortunately, in my case, at the 3 month mark hemoglobin started to decrease again and I’m slated for another infusion.

Yes, I noticed a good difference about a month after the infusion!

Probably a few weeks I noticed a difference, but I’d say by 4 weeks it was more noticeable. At that time we went on a vacation and I felt great, continued to feel good through April and May. Still felt good in June even though the blood tests show my hemoglobin, and iron levels, are dropping again, so therefore getting another infusion. I still don’t feel that bad. Also, they have not been able to determine why this is happening so far, I’m waiting for some tests to come back.

I’ve never been told I have an iron deficiency however I was scheduled for a lumbar fusion my surgeon called me and said he can’t do it because my hemoglobin was 7. I had to have colonoscopy and endoscopy they were both normal no internal bleeding so now I’m taking iron and vitamin C trying to get my level up. I have never had any issues like this until after I got the Pfizer vaccine😢😡

After my Pfizer pair of vaccinations my iron levels dropped noticeably. I reviewed my previous blood work and saw no history of iron anemia or iron anomalies. I mentioned it to my PCP, who understandably had no immediate opinion on an unknown anomaly - but he also reviewed my past blood work and agreed it did seem unusual. I mentioned it to my hematologist who took the same skeptical attitude. I decided to record the anomaly on VAERS with the caveat that there was no medical support for the connection at that time but I wanted to get it on record.

When I saw this Mayo blog I noticed that the moderator said that there was no record of the connection on VAERS which alarmed me so I thought I would get it on record here.

My question to my PCP and my hematologist was, since the ferritin operates within the mRNA protocols, as do the CoViD vaccines like Pfizer, could that have affected my iron levels? I still think that it is possibly an issue worth looking into, but there may not be enough cases to generate any research. Besides, the mRNA vaccines have come to be equated with Holy Water...

My 64 yr old husband has been experiencing this also. Low iron, low hemoglobin, (anemia) and tachycardia. Was always healthy and active. Since having the last Covid shot, he got very weak constantly tired got very sick and ended up in the hospital. They have not been able to determine exactly what’s wrong with him other than low iron and low hemoglobin. At first it was thought maybe it was his thyroid but that was ruled out.Two infectious disease doctors thought he had some kind of infection because he has a lot of markers indicating an infection they tested for everything and I mean everything. Everything came back negative. Now they’re checking for some kind of cancer but he doesn’t have all the blood test markers for cancer, just two results that are concerning so they’re trying to rule it out. He has no history or family history of any of these issues, including cancer No signs or symptoms of bleeding but upper and lower G.I. To rule it out. Hematologist says next step is back to infectious disease doctors.
