Good morning,
I have just had a Zio patch with SVT. It was not recommended that I begin medication and ablation was not felt to be an option right now. Did you find out the cause of this? I presume you had an ECHO. I have a normal ECHO but exercise intolerance and wonder if there is anything more to this. The cardiologist and EP both seemed unimpressed. I did push for a low dose B-blocker which seems to help.
I hope you are feeling better now. Did you EP say why they returned? Do you have SVT now. Best regards.
@megansims Have you tried nervous system work? It really helps
@megansims Have you tried L-Carnitine-Tartrate or Fumarate? The Tartrate was a miracle when I started having arrythmia (PACs, I believe).
There are long-term concerns with TMAO levels -- but I didn't care at that point.
Good luck.
@megansims what side affects did you have on flecanine? I’ve been on it for 5 weeks and haven’t noticed anything. I’m also taking metoprolol but neither is calming my PAC’s. If I get too much metoprolol it lowers my heart rate into the 60’s and then I get PVC’s. My burden is great and only get a few hours during the day of few. I’m awake until 3 or so every morning because the burden is so great. I try to go on and not let them bother me but it’s getting harder. I had an ablation 6 weeks ago so I’ve been trying to be patient since my heart is still healing.

Hello
I have tried Propranolol and it did nothing but lower my heart rate to the point where I had to stop taking it. My resting heart rate is about and propranolol brought it below 50.
Thank you!
