100%, there's so many nerve roots/endings etc., and just the constant strain and gravity that puts one's neck in a compromising position. What options have your Dr.'s suggested? For arguments sake, lets just say its C3-4. A simple discetomy or laminectomy will relieve your pain immediately, because the pressure on the nerves will no longer be present.
