The ones most recommended for neuropathy are the Hoka 8’s. They are reinforced with a metal strip in the sole.

Thank you for the important tip! Yes, I have seen great reviews on the Hoka 8 even by people without neuropathy or serious foot issues. I'll see if Dick's has it on display. Hokas are overall rather pricey but would be worth it if it checks off all the boxes.😊
