Taking calcium supplements?
Calcium supplements really need vitamin K2. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4566462/
Very helpful article for me.

My functional medicine doctor prescribed K2 for me. My rheumatologist said take 2 Tums if I wasn’t going to do osteo drugs🤬. I’ve been reading lately that we also need to make sure Vit A is adequate. thanks for article…
Calcium and vitamin K2 are very important. Be careful with vitamin A. You don’t want too much as it gets stored in the liver.
I’m reading that beta carotene is safe. Your body will
make what Vit A it needs from it.
