Neuropathy in both feet
Do any of you have ph. Neuropathy in both feet? I have had every test there is to figure out why. I am in that small percentage where they don’t know what it’s from. I have had nine back & SI joint fusions and they are telling me it’s not from my back because it’s in both feet. After various surgeries I was put on nerve meds because of nerve Dane in one foot. Over time it moved to both feet. I also have circulation issues where my feet are cold one minute and red the next.

I'm sorry I sent my reply to everything your wife as gone through to the wrong person. Sorry! Send it to @collegeprof. I hope you see the response of stimulator.
Thank you for your response! Disc compression was ruled out . My glucose levels are normal. I love yoga! So yes, I do those stretches. I practiced regularly, until I tore the heck out of my rotator cuff.
I will inquire with my doctor on the Naltrexone!
Thank you so much for your response! I will certainly check out the suggested links💖
I’ve had periphery neuropathy in both feet for 20+ years. I take Gabapentin to relieve the burning, which helps greatly.
Also have Restless Leg Syndrome (RLS), which started a few years later. Dr says they’re not related(??)
I take Ropinerol (Requip) for RLS, which works well. Only problem is drowsiness, so only take it at days end.
Often the legs jumping lasts for an hour or more, which requires another dose of Ropinerol (.5 mg).
What do you find helpful for neuropathy or RLS?
I have similar symptoms. I have stenosis but they say tht a laminectomy won't help the neuropathy. I have been taking gabapentin and I added a small dose of thc at night. My neurologist wanted me to switch to Lyrica but Im afraid after reading the side effects. I also have some tingling in my hands...the neuropathy is in both feet but worse on the right. I do get a little relief from the drugs but it's always there. Any suggestions? I have tried pt and the needles nd cupping. They really didn't help. I do some exercise but I could do more. I do some weights and balance exercises, a little taichi and yoga. I should add more.
