My last surgery was a knee replacement done in February of this year. I have had both knees and hips replaced. I am very active. I still do everything I ever did, just a little slower. I don’t need to lose weight, just keep limbered up, so that I can stay active. Yes, the joint issues were osteoporosis related. I have always liked working out with a video and am looking for one that would be appropriate for me. Thanks

I was able to join YMCA free through my insurance. They have video fitness classes. Tai Chi might work for you or some of the chair yoga classes
