General Anxiety Disorder, Bloating gas, Night Fall
Hi,
I am 27 years old male.
I have General Anxiety disorder since 10 years along with gas bloating and excessive night fall(semens ejaculation) 3-4 times in a week.
I have fast heart beat and from last three months i am also facing the hands shaking and fingers tremor.
Whenever i release the gas by mouth, its feel internal tremor reduces.
I have visited the neurologist ,
He prescribed me the, inderal (propanolol beta blocker) , brolite (bromazepam) and citanew (escitalopram).
I am doing exercises and meditation to control anxiety. I haven't tried the medicine yet because of side effects.
Anyone here have experienced this and can tell me the treatment.

What started your disorder ?
Avoid the bromazepam as much as possible and try taking half or even a quarter: benzodiazepines are addictive.
The beta blocker is for your fast heart beat. Is your blood pressure low? Beta blockers also lower blood pressure so avoid if your bp is already low. You can also take this med for panic attacks, based on what my kid's doc told us. I know musicians use them for auditions! Have you seen a cardiologist?
Escitalopram (Lexapro in the US) is an SSRI antidepressant. Sometimes those help with anxiety too. You could start with 1/4 tablet, if your doc approves. Those of us who are afraid of side effects can start low and ramp up as needed.
It's great that you are meditating. For gas and bloating, I have found simethicone to be enormously helpful. Gas actually triggers afib and fast heart beat for me. I do not take meds for my heart. Since I started using simethicone (Gas-X) I have not had any afib or tachycardia. It also helps to avoid eating after 5 or 6 and staying upright.
My blood pressure is 110/70.
I have never visit the cardiologist.
Fast heart beat could be the reason of excessive night fall?
How can i treat the night fall?
I have felt, the excessive gas and bloating causes me night fall and insomnia. I awake after 4 hours
