What a fantastic program. I have learned so much by using Mayo Connect about my cancer. What was so comforting to me was I found my worries, fears, anxiety, were common and not something unique I was feeling.
I have tried to give back as I go through my diagnosis, treatment, and now recovery. The guidance, support, information is something I will never forget.
The moderator (Collen) has been outstanding with guidance and assistance.

8 ReactionsI saw a post about doing a survey regarding Mayo Clinic Connect from September 2022. It turned up in my Daily Digest today August 6, 2023. I would do a survey about Mayo Clinic Connect but the survey is now closed. I read through the 11 comments. The last one was on August 5, 2023. Maybe it is time to reopen the survey or do another survey?

3 ReactionsI still see the survey link on my iPhone. It says Feedback in the lower right corner of the screen which links to a survey. It may be that they have gathered the feedback they were looking for with desktop computers but are still looking for feedback on mobile devices.

3 ReactionsThe software you use dismisses the input too soon after the writer starts to write. We are not robots like your software. Your software needs to be made more relaxed. Then, your feedback will become more relaxed & productive. It's frustrating to be cut off shortly after you begin to give feedback.
