I agree. Every morning I lift 4 lb bar bells, do stretching, use an elastic rope type thing for stretching and building arm muscle and do one tai chi exercise. We, as we reach the Winters of our lives have to keep moving. Also, even if it is 6 or 10 minutes, a walk is good for the legs and the soul to be outside to see and marvel at Mother Nature.

If you are a very early riser, go outside and listen to the birds awaken. It makes my day.

Also, reading every afternoon on my Kindle keeps me sane.

I see you've been actively contributing in the short amount of time since you've joined. Wow, you have a wonderful mindset and positive energy which is inspiring. I admire your physical fitness regiment, and agree about nature, it is a wonderful distraction for calmness, meditation and its healing powers. Thanks for sharing what works for you and offering perspective. Sometimes the best kind of supplements, or meds, are not labled "911", or come in pill form at all. Keep up the good work!
