I am so happy that you felt seen, heard, and most of all- validated with what you were experiencing… I’m going to the Mayo Clinic’s program… it’s a three week program that involves various disciplines- I’m so excited to continue healing, but having a hard time knowing I won’t be here with my precious family… such a tug of emotions.
