Has anyone here been diagnosed with bradypnea? If not, are you familiar with it? I just discovered that the average person breathes 12-15 times per minute. I breathe around 6 times per minute. Bradypnea can cause sighing/yawning/air hunger! It’s a rabbit hole, and it can be caused by a variety of things. Hypothyroidism and Dysautonomia are two. Dysautonomia is especially interesting and it can cause a variety of symptoms.
