@tammyt1967 Yes, I had the same problem after gallbladder removal. When the surgeon finally believed me and explored the problem, he found that the lower portion of my stomach was stuck to the area where my gallbladder had been. This caused the pain after eating, and explained why the scans didn’t show any problems; they were always done on an empty stomach. A few years after the second surgery, all of the symptoms were returning. A third doctor found a mass of scar tissue in the area that flared and caused pain after eating more than very small portions. Try to find a pain specialist that will look beyond the normal causes and can treat the pain instead of dismissing it. Good luck
@tammyt1967 are you still out there Tammy? I just found this support group and I’m going through the same thing 10 months after having my gallbladder removed.
@tammyt1967 I had my gallbladder removed in June of 2023. Since then I have had the same pain about once or twice a month. This pain last about 2 hours and is intense. I did go back to the gastroenterologist. They had an x-ray done and said there's nothing there. Extremely frustrating.
@tammyt1967 I’m going thru this right now! You are not alone. I just had surgery in April and I’m over this craziness going on in my body. I get dizzy and weak (like I am right now at work), either diarrhea or extremely constipated-no in between! I hate this

I'm sorry you are going through this. I have had similar chills, sweats, pain, dizziness, and exhaustion in the few months since gallbladder removal. I have had no idea what is causing it. It is so debilitating and effects daily life so much! I wanted to share with you so you don't feel so alone. I wonder if others have this? Have you found any help at all?
