I've just found out that I have partial empty sella syndrome (brain MRI). Another doctor, I noticed in a medical chart, said I had hypopituitarism. Partial Empty Sella is divided between primary or secondary. Both can throw the hormones off, but some cases will stem from hypopituitarism and that can cause symptoms familiar with you. I'm only commenting on this to inform you that this exists and not suggesting that you have it. I'm attaching an article from Mayo on reduced pituitary hormones and how they can effect symptoms. https://www.mayoclinic.org/diseases-conditions/hypopituitarism/symptoms-causes/syc-20351645

I did recently have a brain MRI, it's normal. I appreciate any help. I didn't see any ENT symptoms in the article though.
