Yes I am but my condition has put me in a nursing home where I don’t know if they even allow it. I was looking for something along the lines of vitamin B9 and B12 or medication that was recommended to help heal the damaged nerves.

Continuing my just posted message, a Butrans pain patch would work well for you. It requires a prescription. Stay away from sweet foods, even fruits, beverages, caffeine, dairy and gluten (in wheat, Barley and Rye), candy, chocolate, citrus, msg, food dyes, lectins and night shade plants and u will feel much better. I promise you! If u eat oatmeal or steel cut oats, be sure I says Gluten Free on the bag. A nut may increase pain so get off all nuts 2 weeks then try them one type at a time and keep a journal about it. Record what happens when u add bk a nut. Sometimes a certain ingredient on food labels causes pain. With me it’s Sunflower Oil, msg (has many names so Google Names of MSG) and Google list of Histamine foods so u can avoid pain better. Take Omega 3 oil capsules if ok with ur Dr and use Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Avocado Oil if u can. These healthy fats will help ur nerves.
