That all sounds good and hopefully I will be going down the same path. Even good excitement and fun triggers my IBS-C. I start with a GI psych today and hopefully that coaching will help me stick to those relaxation techniques.

I hope it goes well, and it’s a good fit with the therapist! Fit is so important. Things didn’t go well for me with the first person they matched me with, but thankfully there was another GI psychologist in the clinic.
