Hi Gabe, Unless I missed it while reading these comments, I did not see asthma mentioned. There is such a thing as exercise induced asthma. I did not develop asthma until later in life and now it seems I can flare up at the drop of a hat with SOB and extreme fatigue. It worsened after Covid last year. I am presently getting over asthmatic bronchitis with pneumonia. I am on my second inhaler with next step being a nebulizer and visit to a pulmonologist. I have horrible allergies. I also have reflux and a hiatal hernia, but, Endoscopy showed everything looked well. I pray you get some relief from this. SOB is exhausting. Bless you.

Hi, thanks for sharing. I was tested for all forms asthma a long time ago and those tests showed normal lung function and no asthma. However, I've been really able to keep the symptoms under control as it doesn't bother me as much anymore. I hope you are well too!

I have this problem After Covid, i had bronchitis after. I was gasping for air at night, and then so tired during the day.
I also drank a lot of camomile tea that would trigger the symptoms, when I stopped I felt better. I learn that camomile is drying the esophagus, my mom told me and I start reading about it.
Just sharing what I found out.
