Mysterious shortness of breath: What has helped you?

A little update on my situation,
I have noticed that when I am full of gas and bloated and didn’t go to the bathroom i noticed to gasp for air at night and day after. And “tight” chest I don’t know how to explain this.
And today I am ok.
