Had so many cbc tests had too look at medical files. Sarcoidosis, thrombocytopenia and anemic diagnosed 2020
Wbc 3.7, Rbc 3.99,neutrophil 49.4, hemoglobin 12.9, hemocritic 39.5. Negative on all hepatitis tests. Last week had a D -dimer test 842,rushed back to ER said it was a okay , no PE or DVT present.
Spleen enlarged at 18.9cm, had bone marrow biopsy and bronchospy all negative. Just nervous on what it all may be. Been a blood issue concern since 2010 with little to no answers on whats happening.

Oh golly you’ve been through the ringer on this! You just listed other tests I was going to ask about such as a bone marrow biopsy. You sound like a man of mystery and leaving your doctor’s scratching their heads.
Hopefully some other members have some input they can offer.
I’m not sure where you live but have you tried a large teaching hospital or considered a medical center like Mayo? They tend to keep on digging until no stone is left unturned. If you’d like to request an appointment at Mayo, here is a link to their main website. You can select which campus you’d be interested in visiting and start the process. http://mayocl.in/1mtmR63

With your D -dimer result being so high is it suggested that you take blood thinners or low dose aspirin?

@timroelofs, have you seen the infectious disease specialist? Any updates?
