Hello,
I was diagnosed with blepharitis about 5 years ago and the best product I have found is Ocusoft lid scrubs. There are several different formulations but the one that works for me is a leave-on formula so I don't have to rinse and irritate my eyes. I’ve given up on the baby shampoo. Even when diluted, it irritates my eyes significantly. I use warm compresses and then gently scrub them well with a wet cotton swab.
