Hello,
I was diagnosed with blepharitis about 5 years ago and the best product I have found is Ocusoft lid scrubs. There are several different formulations but the one that works for me is a leave-on formula so I don't have to rinse and irritate my eyes. To clean the inside of my lid I use a Q-tip and dampen it inside the product envelope. This has been a great system for me! https://www.ocusoft.com/ocusoft-lid-scrub-plus-pre-moistened-pads-30ctn

@slocolo ...you use a qtip to wipe inside of eyelid.. i for sure would end up poking it in my eye ... esp . since i wear glasses for close up and distance... a little bit neuropathy in fingertips... I dont think it would work. It's odd that we have to be so careful with germs, sterile containers to mix shampoo and I suppose previously boiled water but family live on fresh waster lake with ducks pooping in it and fish and turtles etc. but people swim in that water and it gets in eyes up nose etc., and doesnt seem to affect eyes? I don't understand it! J.

I’ve given up on the baby shampoo. Even when diluted, it irritates my eyes significantly. I use warm compresses and then gently scrub them well with a wet cotton swab.
